How are orders shipped?

The shipment of products of light or medium weight and volume is done with the courier company ACS. For very heavy orders, their shipment is performed by a transport agency nationwide. Please contact the e-shop sales department in our company at 24210 21180 for more information.

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

Orders for ready-made products are sent the next working day. Otherwise, they are shipped within 3-10 days, depending on the case. In this case you will be informed about the indicative delivery date.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders with product costs under 59 € there is a shipping charge of 3 €. In this case, another € 2.20 is added when the payment is made by cash on delivery.

For purchases from 59 euros, shipping is free. The free shipping with the courier company, concerns shipments with products weighing up to 11 kilos. For heavier weights the shipping costs can be free or there may be an additional charge depending on the purchase amount.

For orders of very heavy weight or volume, their shipment is performed with a transport agency nationwide. The charge in this case is borne by the recipient for each parcel, depending on the agency and the volume of the parcel. What are the payment methods?

Bank transfer

Alternatively, the Buyer is given the opportunity to make his purchases by transfer – deposit in the following bank accounts:

The name of the buyer or the order number must be indicated on the depositor details. The proof of deposit is then sent to the e-mail [email protected] or to the fax 24210 21181.

Pay on delivery

Payment is made in cash to the courier company employee. There is in this case an additional charge of € 2.20.

Important

For orders of very heavy weight or volume, their payment is made only by credit card or bank deposit and their shipment is performed by a transport agency nationwide.

RETURNS & CHANGES

How can I return a product?

The buyer has the right to return unjustifiably and for any reason the product he bought and delivered to him within 14 days from the date of receipt by written notification of his request to the company at [email protected] or fax 24210 21181. Returns / changes are made without prejudice to the terms of article L. 2251/1994, as the relevant terms are listed in more detail below.

What are the terms of returning / changing a product?

The return / exchange of products is subject to the terms of article 2251/1994, as detailed below:

  1. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. The product’s packaging must be in its original condition.
  3. The returned product must not have been used or damaged.
  4. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless there are actual defects.
  5. In the event that the product to be returned is received by our company without prior charge of shipping costs, these costs are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  6. The buyer must place in the package all the documents required by law, in order to be able to cancel the specific sale.

In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will be returned to the sender, at his expense.

What happens after the return of a product?

Upon the return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, our company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proved to be defective (replacement). In any other case, it credits the buyer’s personal account on the website with the amount initially paid. Then it is possible to use the credited price to buy another product, to your liking and choice.

If the new product has a higher price than the returned one, then the buyer has to go through a new payment process to pay the difference. However, if the new product has a lower value than the returned one, then our company credits the buyer with the difference according to the above.

In the event that for any reason the replacement of the product (with another same or different) is not the choice of the buyer, the amount of money spent on the canceled purchase may be refunded. The method of its return is determined in consultation with the competent department and includes all the possibilities (deposit in a bank account or cash).

In which cases it is not possible to return / change a product?

All products available from the company at special discount prices (offers) for a limited period of time may be excluded from the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return. In these cases, the products belong to the subcategory Offers, while their exclusion from the right of unjustified return is clearly stated in the specific conditions that frame their disposal.

However, the right of return cannot be ruled out and the buyer is entitled to return it to the company in the event that legal or factual defects are found in the delivered product.

ORDERS

Order conditions

To place an order in our online store store are required:

  1. the completion of the special form with the necessary data for the conclusion of the sales contract.
  2. the unconditional acceptance of the terms of sale and the terms of use of the contract, in particular the collection and where required the use of personal data.

How do I add products to the cart?

In order to proceed with product ordering, you need to follow these steps:

  1. browse the online store through the available ways (search & product filtering, category browsing)
  2. view the desired product by clicking on its image
  3. on the product page, click the “ADD TO CART” button
  4. each product has been added to the cart
  5. You can repeat the process by repeating steps 1-4 for as many products as you want.
  6. In case of adding to the cart a product that has already been added in steps 1-4, the quantity of the product increases accordingly.

What is the ordering process?

Order finalization

  • Once you have added the products you want to the cart, just go to the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and then click the ORDER button in the pop-up box that appears.
  • The CHECKOUT page will appear where you are asked to fill in the necessary information and choose a payment method. In addition you should read the terms of use and policies of the website and accept the relevant controls.
  • Click the SEND ORDER button.
  • If you have chosen cash on delivery (and the payment method is based on the terms of  “Shipping & Payment”), you will be taken directly to the page confirmation of the order (more in the section “ Completion of the order “).
  • If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, you will be taken directly to the order confirmation page. At this point you should proceed to the transfer of money to one of the offered bank accounts by filling in as a reason the name and surname that you have used in the order or the code of the order that you will receive. Then the deposit receipt is sent to the e-mail [email protected] or to the fax 24210 21181 so that the process of sending your order can proceed.
  • In case you have chosen the Debit / Credit Card as your payment method, you will be taken to our bank system where you will need to fill in your card details to make the charge. Upon completion of the payment process, you will be taken to the order confirmation page.

Checkout

Upon completion of the order according to the previous steps, the order confirmation page will appear where it will briefly display the details of your order and a unique order code that you can use to see the status of your order, to request information about this or as a reason for deposit in case of payment by bank transfer. In addition you will receive an email at the email address you stated in your order which will have brief details of the order but the order code.

How can I see at what stage my order is being processed?

You can see the processing stage of your order, through the page “Order Status” which you can go to by using the corresponding option at the bottom of our website. You will need to enter the unique order code you received upon completion of the order on the order confirmation page and in your email, as well as the email you filled out for your order.
